Permian students will enjoy a week
away from the classroom from March 12th to the 16th, as Spring Break is now upon
us. Classes will resume at their normal times, beginning on March 19th. |

Keouvion McCalop was honored as the district's Defensive Most Valuable, while Robert Thomas picked up the Newcomer of the Year award. Jorrion Wilson was also recognized as the lone Panther in the first team list. |

Permian's
defense held Arlington Bowie to five points in the first quarter and two in the
second. Missing was the explosive Mojo offense that collected 23 wins
through the season. Unfortunately, the slow-paced game didn't pay off. |

Permian was looking for a win over Midland
for two reasons. A win would secure the district's second seed
in the post-season, and Mojo looked to redeem themselves from a
three point loss to the Bulldogs in their last meeting. |
